Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will usually be processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be processed on the next working day.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
